The 7-minute scene shows the movie's opening, featuring a brutal battle sequence with Timothée Chalamet's character Paul Atreides now ruling as emperor of the galaxy.
The preview suggests that being emperor comes at a steep cost for Paul, who has transformed from the young hero of the first two films into a galactic ruler. Director Denis Villeneuve is adapting Frank Herbert's novel Dune Messiah for this third installment.
