Davis built her career from the ground up at WME. She started as an intern, then worked in the mailroom in 2013 before getting promoted to full agent in 2017. Her client list includes comedy writer Kay Cannon, director Jeremiah Zagar, and Saturday Night Live writer Paula Pell.
CAA is one of Hollywood's biggest talent agencies, competing directly with WME for top clients. When agents switch between these major agencies, they often bring their clients with them. This gives those writers and directors access to CAA's extensive network of actors, studios, and production deals.
