Ice Spice Sued for $20,000 Over Unpaid Custom Wigs, Must Give Deposition
Rapper Ice Spice is being sued by wig company The Bella Brand for allegedly refusing to pay $20,000 for 25 custom-designed wigs she ordered. A judge has ordered the rapper to give a deposition in the case.

Rapper Ice Spice is facing a lawsuit from The Bella Brand, a hair company that claims she ordered 25 custom wigs but refused to pay the $20,000 bill.
According to court documents, The Bella Brand says Ice Spice breached their contract and left the company with major financial losses. The wig maker had created the custom pieces specifically for the rapper.
The company's owner, identified as Gia, posted on social media expressing frustration with how Ice Spice handled the situation. "Things happen, but that is not how you handle someone that respects your business," Gia wrote, adding that Ice Spice's team "ALWAYS comes through for you at the very last minute."
Gia also demanded the return of one wig, writing "you still owe me my wig back because it's not paid for." The posts suggest this was an ongoing business relationship that went sour.
A judge has now ordered Ice Spice to sit for a deposition, where she'll have to answer questions under oath about the wig deal and payment dispute.
This lawsuit shows how business disputes can escalate when celebrities don't pay vendors. It could hurt Ice Spice's reputation and make other companies hesitant to work with her in the future.
Ice Spice must complete her court-ordered deposition. The lawsuit will proceed through the courts.
