Jason Oppenheim Considers Ditching Rolls-Royce After $500K Car Stolen
Jason Oppenheim from Netflix's 'Selling Sunset' says he might stop driving Rolls-Royces after his $500,000 luxury car was stolen from his work parking lot. The reality star and real estate mogul is now considering more low-key vehicles.

Jason Oppenheim, star of Netflix's 'Selling Sunset' and 'Selling the OC,' says he's rethinking his car choices after thieves stole his $500,000 Rolls-Royce.
The theft happened at his real estate office parking lot in West Hollywood. Oppenheim revealed the crime during an event he hosted with Rick Caruso for California Governor candidate Matt Mahan.
Now the real estate mogul says he's not sold on driving another Rolls-Royce down Sunset Boulevard. He's considering something more low-key instead.
Oppenheim runs the luxury real estate brokerage The Oppenheim Group, which is featured on the popular Netflix reality shows. The company sells high-end properties in Los Angeles and Orange County.
Car thefts are rising in major cities, and even expensive security features can't always protect luxury vehicles. This shows how crime affects people's daily choices, even wealthy celebrities who can afford to replace stolen cars.
Oppenheim hasn't said what type of car he'll buy next or if he's made a final decision about avoiding luxury vehicles.
