Morgan Wallen promised fans new music is on the way during a special Nashville performance celebrating his upcoming SiriusXM channel Morgan Wallen Radio.
"I'm at a place to where I'll start showing little sneak peeks soon," Wallen told the crowd. He said he's "still in the early stages" of working on new material.
The country superstar explained that his current album cycle is winding down. "I think I'm on seven or eight singles right now, so it's probably nearing the end for this album," he said.
During the show, Wallen surprised fans by bringing out fellow country artist Ella Langley for their first-ever live duet of his 2021 hit "Sand In My Boots."
Wallen is preparing to return to touring with his Still The Problem Tour, which kicks off April 10.
Wallen is one of country music's biggest stars right now. His last album broke streaming records, so new music will be a major event for country fans and the music industry.
