Shar Jackson Won't Write Memoir Despite Ex Kevin Federline and Britney Spears Books
Actress Shar Jackson said she won't write a memoir to respond to stories about her personal life. This comes after her ex Kevin Federline and his ex-wife Britney Spears both released books that mentioned her.

Actress Shar Jackson told TMZ she has no plans to write a memoir, even after being mentioned in books by her ex-boyfriend Kevin Federline and his ex-wife Britney Spears.
Jackson said she's excited to read Brandy's upcoming memoir but doesn't feel the need to publish her own story. She was speaking while volunteering for a charity event.
The decision comes after Spears wrote about Jackson in her 2023 memoir "The Woman in Me." In the book, Spears claimed she didn't know Federline was expecting a child with Jackson or that they were engaged when she started dating him.
Jackson previously called out Spears over those claims, saying they contradicted what really happened. Jackson and Federline were together and had children before he began his relationship with Spears in 2004.
Despite the public disagreements about the timeline, Jackson appears to be taking the high road by choosing not to write her own tell-all book.
Jackson's decision shows how celebrity memoirs can drag other people into public drama without their consent. It highlights the choice some people make to stay private even when famous exes share personal details about them.
Watch for Jackson's reaction when Brandy's memoir is released.
